Rude staff back in 2018, I’m going to go back because the staff has changed…and after 2020/21 I’m struggling. I changed from 1 star to 3 until I have interaction with the staff.

The receptionist are very courteous, helpful and polite. Although that could not be said of those in the past, Dr. Freeman is/has always been a great doctor. He asks questions and listens well. He works diligently with you to find the best solutions for you.

Do not waste your time here until there are new front desk people. The doctor is great, but the front desk people are completely useless and incredibly rude!

Dr. Napier offers impeccable care to the patients. I've been visiting him almost for 8 months and I am very pleased with my experience.
The staff are pretty good and helpful too!

My husband works on call & couldn’t make 2 appointments last year, & now they won’t take him at all. None of the staff we’ve spoke to have been understanding, or polite. If you work on call, don’t waste your time.

I see Dr. Napier and he is great. He helps me with all my issues. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is good as well. They return my calls and move my appointments if I need to change them as long as its before the 24 hour mark and they give you ample time to do this.

They go above and beyond here. The might be busy but that is because they are so great! From the front office to the back they are there to help and get you the help you deserve. Try it out and you'll be happy :)

I couldn't even make an appointment because apparently the psychiatrist said i needed to be seen sooner than there was an appointment available. I would've had to wait a month. thats not bad. That is the soonest out of any office I have called. The office staff sucks they are horrible.
