Kristin joined Innovative Periodontics & Implants in 2014 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of our practice and team. Her main role is to keep us running smoothly and efficiently, with patient focus being at the core of everything we do. Kristin graduated from Indiana University in 1989 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications.
Our doctor and staff provide skilled, experienced dentistry in a comfortable, friendly environment. Routine cleanings are a must to remove the bacterial plaque that accumulates and to maintain the health of the gums and bone surrounding the implant. Dr. Flynn exams each patient to look for signs of cancer or precancerous conditons in the mouth.

Dr. Donald Flynn completed his undergraduate studies at St. Mary's University in Winona, Minnesota and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in Minneapolis. His postgraduate studies in Periodontics were completed at the University of Illinois, Chicago, where he obtained his certificate in Periodontics.

Dr Flynn put me at ease immediately and, on my first visit regarding gum grafts, came up with a treatment plan optimized to ensure the best outcome and minimize discomfort. I’ve had 2 of 3 needed grafts, and they’ve healed wonderfully. I experienced almost no pain (certainly much less than I expected with a surgery!) and no complications. His assistants take their time to explain and make sure I understand follow-up care instructions. Dr. Flynn and the office staff are unfailingly kind and friendly, and they are truly interested in their patients. I highly recommend this office!

If you want honesty, caring, and quality this is the perfect place. Dr Flynn did a fantastic grafting job. I cannot stress enough how careful and professional he is. The staff at Dr Flynn’s - Innovative Periodontics are very curteous & there is little to no waiting. Kim, my hygienist, is very personable & very nice.
