Services
The building was first constructed in 1909 for Carter Transfer & Storage to supplement their other building housed on 8th Street in the Haymarket. It was later used by the Lincoln Hide and Fur Company. In 1993 it was renovated into offices and retail space with modern amenities. The building is now home to Ironhorse Bar and Event Room.

We have used these guys for our holiday party for several years now. It always goes smoothly. They help with any food catering, and have a list of preferred caterers that they work directly with. The location is neat and a reasonable price for what you pay. The bartenders are always good too. Thanks Mark & Co.

We just had our wedding reception there this last weekend and could not be happier with the entire experience. From the first contact, Mark was so easy to work with and super helpful. We had about 45 people, including kids, and it was great. Whenever the opportunity comes up, i know that I can start with using the Ironhourse for for my events. Thanks again!!

Kind of a hidden little place, I had no idea it was there. Not a great place for a large event because it is fairly narrow which makes it hard to mingle effectively. Their food was good, the drinks were good, they had a nice selection of both craft and domestic beers on tap. The staff behind the bar was really good and efficient at getting drinks out. If you are a reader, you will be enticed by all the books on the wall.

Ironhorse was a fantastic venue for our June 2018 wedding rehearsal dinner. The owner Mark was incredibly easy to work with, and he helped us arrange a great caterer (Doorstep Diner). The space is wonderful, and the bartenders and cocktails were great. Also great value! We had ~40-50 people at any time, but the space could accommodate more. 10/10 would recommend.

Great venue and atmosphere for party, lots of charm and character, the staff are easy to work with and came through on everything they promised, they made it a great celebration. Caterer's food was awesome, not a single complaint; good selection of beer, wine and specialty drinks. Would give them 10 stars if I could.
