For example - If you book a snow cone machine, you can choose 2 different flavors and one of them will be free. You cannot book a snow-cone machine and receive 1 flavor of snow cone syrup and 1 flavor of slushy syrup.

Yes, we offer FREE delivery, set up and take down to the entire Minneapolis & St. Paul Metro Area. For residential deliveries we usually delivery the day prior to your event and may pick up the day after. Example: If your party is on Saturday we will deliver Friday at our convenience and pick up Sunday at our Convenience.

We hired Jump City for my daughter’s birthday party and an honest mistake was made where the wrong bouncy house was delivered. However, Jump City rose to the occasion and went above and beyond to correct their error. I so appreciate when a company owns their mistake and makes it right. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for future parties.

We rented a bounce house for my son's 4th birthday party. The bounce house was dropped off and assembled for us without us even having to he home, it was incredibly easy and stress free!! The kids had an amazing time! We will be back for more!

Well, where do i start, the bounce house was horribly filthy at drop off and we found a blunt in it. TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give it zero stars if i could! The delivery guys were very rude and didn't clean the inflatable even after being asked to personally... very rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We were so pleased with the service and product! The bounce house came a day early and because of the holiday weekend we got to keep it for an extra day!! (All for the price of one day) It was rented for a birthday party and the kids (and quite a few adults) thoroughly enjoyed themselves!! We will definitely use Jump City again!

Great service, basically came and set up in no time. Kids had a blast with the Amazon two slide water bouncy. We put another tarp by the door to the dry bouncy part. When they came to pick up the bouncy they folded up that tarp and set it on our patio. Very nice!

Jump City went above and beyond in their level of customer service! From talking to Kelly on the phone and getting recommendations to the quality of the bounce house. Pricing is fair. Everything was amazing!!!! Recommending Jump City to all of our friends.
