The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! They always seem happy to see you come in! the office is very nice as well. Peacefully decorated, with snacks and a small fridge with drinks while you wait. But I… have never had to really wait long enough to need anything. The consultation was so seamless and easy. The process and the machine is very thoroughly explained, and I had my treatment plan set up quickly. They accept Care Credit and have payment plan options as well. I have been going for a couple of months now and I am amazed by the results already! The process is totally pain free

Staff is sweet and friendly, and the office is so clean and they always have snacks and water if you are waiting for your apt.

I've tried a lot of forms of hair removal and this has by far met and exceeded my expectations! I love the technology available through the laser. I've got PCOS and knowing that it's hormonal hair growth and them catering to it is such a blessing! Highly recommend! The staff is also friendly and the office is immaculate. Can't rave enough.

The location is very clean & welcoming. They even have water & light snacks for you while you wait for your appt time. All the staff is super friendly. I have only had 3 sessions and I already notice a difference on my legs. The lasers don’t hurt AT ALL. Literally feels like an ultrasound machine is being used (no snapping rubber bands).

Everyone on staff is so welcoming and helpful! I always have a good experience when I go there, they make you feel so special and are very accommodating/flexible with scheduling. I have loved my experiences at LivSmooth. The atmosphere is so inviting! Jennifer, the nurse practitioner always has the best bedside manner and I feel so comfortable with her during my appointments. I was so nervous about starting this process, but Jennifer made me feel totally at ease. The girls at the front are always so kind and helpful as well. I feel like I am going to just hang out with friends everytime I have an appointment. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

This place is amazing. This is typically a service that could stress people out/give anxiety but everyone here is so kind and makes it a very calming experience. There is no pain at all and everyone is very educated and knows what they are doing. If you are on the fence about coming here definitely just come in and talk to the ladies here they will answer all your questions and find something that is right for you. 10/10!!!!!

Since the beginning of my laser hair removal journey the staff here has just been amazing. Initially I was very skeptical about if it would work, and if it would mess my skin up etc. I was educated by an amazing technician/manager, and she assured me that laser hair removal has advanced a lot since before. She explained what technologies they used etc and it made me feel more comfortable. I have seen great improvement in the reduction of hair for treatment area I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend.
