Mountain Mike’s product and customer service is the business model that ALL companies need to follow. Their product is the highest quality. I ordered a few skulls online and one was missing screws. I called the number and talked to Mike and he sent new screws out right away along with some other items for my trouble. In this day in age it’s amazing to find a company that actually cares. I am a customer for life. Thanks Mikes for showing there still are companies left out there that care about the customer.

Had purchased a skull kit from a big store a while back. By the time I was able to use it, the epoxy and gap filler had already set up in the containers. I sent out an email asking how to go about getting replacements and within a short period of time, I had a response that it was being shipped. These guys sent me everything I needed to complete my project. They have the best customer support and will forever have my business!
