BEWARE!!!!!
My friend offered to take me to lunch and I was excited to come here as I ahve been a customer for over 25 years. Literally one of the top 5 worst meals of my.life. we ordered soup monza ball and chicken noodle; both were microwaved and tasted sour....both took one bite and could not stomach another. Then our meals came out; the condors revenge was my favorite sandwich but now it seems like they are using old rolls, cheap roast beef (if not steak ums honestly) , and "sautéed" onions....supposed to come with horseradish buy there was none or so little it wasn't recognizable over the

Really good food and for a change of pace from the chains and sports bars. Easy to get to since its on Linglestown Rd in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The owners and staff are super friendly and helpful. One of our new favorite eateries!

This was a great experience! The food, service, and overall atmosphere was incredible. This was my first time here and I will be back! I loved how friendly the owner and staff was and you could tell they knew what they were doing. I got a sausage egg and cheese on a english muffin and it was by far the best I’ve had. I also got their peppermint hot chocolate and loved it!!! My friend got the chicken noodle soup and pastrami sandwich and she was thrilled! Also, I brought home a piece of their pumpkin pie! Amazing!!! If you haven’t been here, this is your sign to go!

A nice break away from the typical diner and fast food spots to ear. The staff was attentive and friendly.
The food was on par with other delis , nothing over the top, just fair food for fair prices.
The place itself, was clean and extremely busy, to the point it sounded like some customers were yelling .

Great family owned spot to grab a meal. I missed the little plaza it is in so instead of looking for somewhere else to go I turned around and found it. So glad I did.

Fantastic food! Best breakfast around. I particularly like their breakfast sandwiches (sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel) which are the best in the Harrisburg area. Lunch also great and their monthly specials are always good. Service is great too, staff is extremely friendly!

Stopped in for a quick bite at lunchtime. If you're in a hurry, go all the way to the back and sit at the counter for faster service. The food was ok. I got a ball of matzo ball soup and an egg salad sandwich. The sandwich was fine, but the soup didn't really remind me of the matzo ball soup I've had at other delis. I'm used to more of a broth based soup. This was like chicken noodle soup with a matzo ball thrown in.

I have been here many times and it never disappoints. The sandwiches are some of the best in the area and my husband swears the pastrami is the best he has ever had. Would highly recommend this restaurant if you want an amazing New York deli style sandwich!

My husband and I ordered love at first bite and the condor....nothing like the pictures on Yelp I make a thicker sandwich at home!! Hardly any meat but the corned beef was fresh and good. Pickles are crunchy. The sides are bigger than the sandwich. We got waffle fries (hot and seasoned) and onion rings ( the whole piece of onion comes out of the ring FYI) potato salad is good not to sweet.

Enjoyed this place immensely. As a New York City transplant finding the iconic ethnic foods in the Harrisburg area has been somewhat difficult. Mr. Deli has filled that need for anyone a fan of the Jewish deli experience.

Whenever I am in Harrisburg I have to visit Mr. Deli. Not only is it 5 minutes from my grandma's house but they also have phenomenal bagel sandwiches. I love a good everything bagel with bacon, egg and cheese and cream cheese. Writing this review is making my mouth water.

This is such a cute lunch spot! The menu is full of options including salads, wraps, paninis and their famous sandwiches. The service is quick and servers are all very responsive to fill up your coffee (this is key for me!).

The last time I went, I got the Veganini, a veggie panini (which, for the record, is not vegan because it features cheese... Just saying!). It was delicious! It doesn't look like you get much - the sandwiches come with a small side of potato salad - but it was plenty of food to fill me up. I'm not usually a bit potato salad fan, but this was some good stuff. My

I was really craving a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich for breakfast for a change up of my Saturday morning errands routine instead of something like McDonald's ... I wanted to try something new and this was such a good find!

I didn't anticipate the location to have as much seating/dining-in space as they did, but I got my order to go at the register up front and it was a quick turnaround.

The service was good friendly - and you could tell that the gentleman at the front recognized a few of the in and out-going customers.

The sandwich was hot off the grill, hearty, and so good

Some of you people in harrisburg pa are dumb.
Jewish deli as in pastram
i and cornbeef is at least 50% more expensive than regular meats. One reason is because of the pickling involved in making it. Also kosher meat is just more expensive than non kosher. If you want a regular sandwich go to subway or jersey mikes. In regards to the banter with the waitresses, thats how jewish delis' operate in nyc. Its part of the "scene".

Had a breakfast sandwich here for the first time and it was better than anything I've had in the area. Bagel had a good amount of dough inside with a crisp outside. Bacon was cooked just right and the cheese was still gooey and hot when I got back home and ate it. This is more of a sit down establishment so the "to-go" drink options, especially for breakfast, are limited. I only saw snapple and soda available, no OJ or chocolate milk, but you may be able to request them in to-go cups like coffee.

This is my first time stopping in. The menu is extensive. I took a friend here for her birthday and she said how good their food is.

When we walked in, I didn't know whether you ordered at the counter and then sat down if you wanted to dine there or sat down and ordered like a regular restaurant. Luckily, I was with someone who has been here before.

We had a waitress like a normal restaurant and ordered a club and added avocado. They gave us pickles and they were good. The food was good and the service was fast but it was pretty pricy for the total and tip.

It's hard for me to justify

Been twenty years and it's still a very good place to stop in for a meal. Today it was a quick lunch after visiting an office across the street
Staff is very friendly and the majority of patrons look to be solid regulars based on the back and forth banter with staff
Food is fresh. Homemade tomato soup and a great Reuben serves with not one but two big pickle spears.
Pricing is right on, space is a little tight but hey it's a deli so deal with it
I will not wait 20 years for my next visit and it will be brees

Overview:
Small deli offering a wide variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads in a small strip mall.

Food:
I ordered a Rachel, which was Hot Corned Beef, Hot Turkey, Melted Swiss and Provolone, Russian Dressing, Topped with Sauerkraut, Grilled on Pumpernickel. My boyfriend ordered a Reuben and my friend got the Capri, which was Grilled Chicken Breast, Crisp Bacon, Tomato, Mozzarella Cheese and Basil Pesto Sauce. They were all served with a pickle spear and potato salad.

We all really enjoyed our food. The Reuben and Rachel were a tad on the salty side, but with those types of sandwiches,
