He had spent a few years working in the logging industry, subcontracting as a logger and cutting timber on a private basis. When he was ready to start on his own, he began with a one-acre facility and three employees.

Wilson Hardwoods timbered our property last year and left the property a mess! Their machine must have been leaking oil or fuel because there are puddles of it all over the logging paths they created. They also agreed not to cut the 3 specific trees that were close to the home but went back on their word and took them when we weren't around. The existing trails were left with brush and unwanted logs scattered about. I have hesitated writing a review but after paying to have a dozer fix the mess I thought others should know. Be sure to perform due diligence before contracting with this company.

Wilson Hardwoods timbered our property My property was logged in wet time of the year and the skidder really made a mess dug holes and deep ruts I was not too happy. But everything turned out ok when Rob Nicholes came on the scene he told me to call him when it was dry enough and he done a super job in healing the land better than I thought it would be he is a nice person and a asset to the company
