Daryn is a flexible, creative and professional trainer. Each workout is unique, challenging and engaging so you never feel like you are plateauing. Don't be surprised if you are asked to carry a rice bag down a flight of patio stairs, or do an overhead press with a wood log or hold a triangle pose while looking at her fabulous NYC views. Daryn is an amazing trainer! She focuses on proper form so you have a great workout but leave with your body feeling GOOD! I love my sessions with her and highly recommend. She actually made me look forward to working out!

Daryn is a fantastic trainer who really personalizes your workouts to address your needs. She motivates and encourages you without being overbearing or drill instructor-like, which I appreciate, and adjusts plans on the fly as necessary. Being one on one with her means that she can keep a close eye on your form and make corrections mid-set as you need it, so you can be confident that your form is safe and effective. I highly recommend Daryn as a personal trainer!

Daryn's training is professional, informed and convenient. She knows how to train you safely and will meet at times that work for your schedule. And, she has a space for your kids to play while you workout. She is able to tailor her sessions to work on problem areas and protect you from injuries. I've enjoyed training with her and she's fun to hang out with-so that's a plus too!

Daryn is a rockstar trainer and is the perfect fit for busy moms. She is super responsive and is accommodating when it comes to scheduling and the occasional need to bring your kids along to the session. Daryn has a unique ability to bring out the best in you. As a business professional, wife, and mother of 2, she understands how that alone can create challenges in maintaining a consistent workout schedule. Her flexibility allows me to bring my kiddos to my sessions when I need to, and she even creates really cool workouts for them!

Her flexible style makes working out easier for me, and after training all year -- I honestly haven't felt this good in years. My body is stronger, I am making better eating decisions, and my mind is clear. I highly recommend Daryn!

My experience with Daryn was really life changing for me. She trained me for 2 months with core exercises with the end goal of losing weight and building a strong core. I was in better physical shape while working out with Daryn which I never experienced before. I have been living a sedentary lifestyle by sitting all day at work and doing some light exercises twice a week. But after training with Daryn, I learnt that it is very important to know the right techniques of doing exercises and with different variations. It also helped me in reducing work stress and I feel positive and energetic at work
