Services
If you would like your event to be even more relaxing, consider adding a waitress to setup, serve and clean up. We recommend using one waitress for no more than 50 guests. Our waitresses and bartenders are professionals that wear white shirts with black pants and shoes and require a minimum of a 4 hour reservation.
Plastic Tablecloths can be added to any table rental for the same price you would pay in any major retail store and come delivered with your rentals. See our color chart for some popular choices or contact us for any other custom colors. We take tremendous pride in providing our clients with the most thorough service of any party rental company on Long Island.
If you plan to use a pole tent, it needs to be staked into the ground all around your party area. We need at least 3 feet on all sides of the tents for stakes and ropes. For example, a 2020 pole tent needs an area of at least 26 feet x 26 feet. If you do not have a grassy area for our pole tents, then you can see our selection of frame tent options for your event.

I gave 1 star because you cant post if you don't click a star. I was quoted a price for a rope tent, which I thought could be placed over my patio. The guys that delivered the tent were helpful and suggested I switch to a frame tent. The owner (or worker in the office) Mike … not so much. Not only is he not friendly on the phone to begin with but he told me if I switch to a frame tent it would be an additional $100 plus tax and then there would be another charge of $100 for an inconvenience fee because the guys needed to come back with a different tent. Mind you I was already charged a $35 delivery

I was severely disappointed with my experience due to the price. The quality of the tables and chairs was okay and some a bit dirty but that wasn't my biggest complaint. My engagement party was 9/30/17. I corresponded completely through emails and was quoted a price that included everything I need, even taxes and delivery. All items were named in the email. I was caught off guard when the price went significantly up upon arrival of the tables and chairs. I made multiple phone calls but the office wasn't open and the delivery men had to leave so I paid them and wrote on the contract I

Renting a tent with Road Runner Rentals was a great experience. Everything was delivered on time, in great shape. The rental process with Courtney was so easy, they sent a quote quickly, were able to make sure i had enough tables,chairs and space for the desired setup. I had a contractor push a project in my back yard and John was able to work something out with me so that they would not be disrupted while we were waiting for tent pickup after the party. A++ Experience, I will use them again in the future

We rented a popcorn machine for a party. My brother in law picked it up, and as soon as he returned he told us that it was flimsy and filthy. Sure enough it was so cheaply made it seemed like it would collapse if gently bumped, and it was filthy. We cleaned it thoroughly inside and out in preparation for use, but we were too grossed out to use it. After searching through various rental places for an authentic NYC hot dog cart, we came across Road Runner Rentals. I had contacted other places and one place had one price listed and sent me a contract almost doubling the listed price. I then contacted Road Runner Rentals and the price they quoted me is the price I paid. When I showed up to pick up the hot dog cart, they sent out 2 gentlemen who gladly assisted my husband in tying it down to the trailer to ensure it would make the ride back home. Amazing staff, they were so polite and thorough. I will definitely be using their services again for future parties. The tents saved my new carpeting, thanks to the sidewalls and heater with thermostat we were able to party late into the night without getting at all cold. Road Runner Rentals were great!! They went above and beyond on helping me with the party! The tent was in perfect condition as well as the table and chairs!! The waitress they provided was super amazing!! She blended right in and helped where ever she could. I would use them again and highly recommend them!!
