Be careful to cancel your reservation at the time of the alert if you can no longer make the class as you will be signed up.

I have done 5 classes thus far at MPower. First class was at EV location with Katie and the rest of the classes have been at Crestline with Anna and EP. Even with doing HIIT classes for the last 6 months, these workouts have been a consistent challenge for me, in a good way! I have really enjoyed the classes - the format, the moves, the challenge. And the instructors have all been absolutely wonderful! I also think the $12 for 2 weeks unlimited is a great deal! This has given me a thorough glimpse of what the workouts entail (I still have 2 workouts schedules for the two weeks) and I will be registering

Finally found a workout I love! The Pilates classes are challenging but leave you feeling great and accomplished afterwards. The cycling classes are also a great workout. Great music, great instructors who are always so encouraging and motivating, and great atmosphere. I look forward to every one of my classes!

Masks are required to enter the building, but not during the class itself. Members are required to sanitize their equipment after the workout. The building is kept very clean and to a fitting temperature. The instructors are helpful and friendly and encouraging! I have enjoyed coming back to MPOWER after a 6 month hiatus. The classes are difficult but very effective and leave you literally feeling empowered!!

This work out is the most humbling but rewarding work out I have experienced ever. The studio is welcoming and creates a strong feeling of community. The Pilates classes require incredible core strength and will challenge you physically and mentally. It is amazing how much stronger I am after taking classes regularly. If you are looking to try something new, sign up for a class and be ready to fall in love.

I just took my fifth class at MPower and I am really enjoying it. These classes are most definitely challenging but well worth it. The team has been super helpful in helping me through learning the moves and lingo and have been extra supportive! I took my class yesterday with April - I can't recommend her enough. Great music and so encouraging!

I absolutely love MPower. The workouts are dynamic and challenging, carefully crafted week to week I have taken 16 classes and already feel stronger (esp my core) and toned. The instructors always add a personal touch and are encouraging but challenging. I have been working out on my own for a long time and never stuck to a "class." This is the first studio where I feel like I consistently look forward to class. The best stress relief in town!

I love my MPower classes! The workout is challenging, and the instructors are very helpful. They also offer Intro classes for the beginners (such as myself) which provides the needed attention and instruction when first getting started. I have attended 15 classes and can already tell a difference in my posture, core strength and increased muscle tone.

This is my happy place! MPower offers a great workout along with a supportive and positive environment. I've been hooked to the megaformer since my very first class. I thought my core was relatively strong until I took that first class. Thankfully I was not scared off. I was humbled and ready for the challenge. I've watched myself get stronger and… learn all of the moves so that I can get into them faster. There are days when I can take all of the challenges, and there are days that I am unsure I can hold the move any longer, and that is what I love about this form of pilates. It challenges
