If you suspect toxic black mold is in your home, don't delay when it comes to seeking a reputable mold remediation company. Generally, most types of household mold are harmless, but black mold can be detrimental to you and your family's health if left to thrive. The toxic fungus generally needs dim lighting, moisture, a warm environment and a food source such as upholstry, paper, drywall, wood and other surfaces in your home.
It's difficult to determine whether or not you have attic mold until it becomes a major problem. Most homeowners don't access their attics very frequently, and most attic mold diagnoses are given when a home is undergoing roofing repair work or HVAC installation work. At Bay State Mold Removal, it's our job to remove your attic mold problem quickly and efficiently so you can continue to live in a safe environment.

This the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. They came to remove mold in my attic and they did a very lousy job. Mold was removed in some spots, in other large black spots remained. I had to hire another contractor, who did a very good job for half the price I was charge by Bay Stay Inc. They are way too expensive and on top of it they deliver poor quality job.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a company. I had an appointment but had to reschedule. The person I spoke to said he would look at the schedule and get back to me. After a week of me calling and sending text messages. I was informed they were out of town and would get to my house this week. I have since heard nothing. I've called, left messages and sent text with no response at all. The lack of communication and customer service is truly disappointing. Still searching for a new company. Hopefully others have better luck.
