Cheap screens , phone broke with in 5 days and I didn’t drop it , it had lines going down the screen , even tho the screen had no cracks or scratches. Mine was also an iPhone X . I took it somewhere else and they told me the screen looked jammed in there and cheap. I called the owner and let him know what they said and if there was anything he could do , he immediately gave me attitude and said “that’s not possible” and said “his competitors say that to bash him” terrible customer service . Would never recommend this place to anyone and I never leave bad reviews anywhere no matter how

I work full time and after work I really just want to go home. So when I needed my phone screen fixed I was dreading going into Visalia instead of heading home. I decided to go in and give it a shot on my lunch. I walked into the shop, the guys were so friendly, gave me an accurate quote. I dropped off my phone, went to get my car washed and was back at the shop 15-20 minutes later and it was already finished (and looked like a brand new phone). I love this place, thank you guys for being so reliable.

I probably, go and see Ae, every other month, literally..too many times!! Between my phone, the hubs and my kiddos devices. I get the best service, every single time! I recently visited Central Valley I-repair and the owner was very nice and professional, he got my phone fixed right away. A couple days after it was fixed the phone was glitching and I took it back and the owner fixed it right away for no charge, the phone has been working great ever since, I highly recommend Central Valley I-repair.

First time going to this place and gentlemen was respectful, but once he finished my ipad it went down south after.
He mentioned to not order equipment from amazon that his distributor is better. He charged me a lot for an ipad lcd screen and labor. I took his word for it and had my wife take it in and she signed the contract. I wish I would have done my research.
I went to pick up my ipad and it was working, but he told me that my frame was bent and the bottom screen will not seal. I would think for great customer service/quality work he would

I had gotten my iPhone screen fixed here at the end of July I believe on a Saturday. Once my phone was fixed, I had noticed a yellow tint from the phone, so I figured it was the new screen and mentioned it to the guy(can’t remember what he said). Then the next day it started to glitch and do this thing called ghosting. I wasn’t able to call the next day because it was a Sunday so I waited to call on Monday and mentioned it to the guy and he said it wouldn’t be the screen but it was most likely from fall it had taken. He mentioned I could bring it in the following day...I decided not to go

We had an iPhone 7+ with a failing battery that would lose its charge too quickly. Investigation found that it was only charging to 75% of original capacity. I submitted a request for a quote and quick received a response as promised. I walked in and with one customer ahead of me, was out with an installed new battery in about 30 minutes. Charge was exactly as quoted. My wife is happy with her valentines gift.

The guy who answers the phone is completely rude and unprofessional wouldn't recommend coming here ever , when you see there business turn the other way. Even the mall would've done a better job. Guy was trying to belittle me , he does not know what customer service is , I'll make sure no in my family ever comes here. He put on an iPhone 8 screen on my iPhone 7 and charged me for an iPhone 8 repair.

I walked in at the 10 mins to closing time with a shattered screen and shattered pride. They went ahead and fixed my phone without any fight about my late presentation. I was walking back out the door 20 minutes later with a well done screen replacement. I don't know the going price on these things, but I was in a time crunch as they aren't open Sundays. $175+tax for iPhone 7 screen. Hopefully I don't have to go back any time soon.

Had my iPhone 5S repaired today 6/29/16. It needed a new charging Jack and battery which were both warn and would no longer charge or keep a charge
. Dropped it off at 5pm and picked it up in full working order at 5:45. Very fast and friendly service. The fee was very fair at a little over $100. Much cheaper than a new phone. Would definitely go back and would recommend you give them a try.

I brought my iPhone 6 in for a screen replacement. The repair was fast and on a Saturday. I was very happy. I left the plastic on the screen and did not inspect it due to the good reviews here, and basic human trust...I put the phone back in its case. I did notice a small line of pixels that didn't work on the screen but decided it wasn't worth it to take it back. Three days later received my glass screen protector in the mail. When I took the phone out of my case and peeled the plastic off, I noticed a small crack at very bottom of the screen. That along
