My apartment complex uses them for parking enforcement. Someone was parked in my assigned spot, so I called them. They REFUSED to send anyone out, unless I emailed them proof that the assigned spot belonged to me. I went through EVERY single page of my lease, and it does not list the assigned spot. It was told to us verbally when we moved in 3 years ago. I called back to let them know, and they said they WILL NOT send anyone out unless my leasing office calls them to confirm that it is, in fact, my spot... at 5pm.... TERRIBLE service! My apartment complex has used 2 other parking enforcement companies

They've twice now booted me at my own apartment complex where I live. Terrible customer service and don't expect to get your boot off anytime soon after paying. Extortion at its finest and my legal team will be diving further into the legitimacy of this business.

Deep Six put a boot on my vehicle for "double parking," yet the spot is a single car spot. The building is old and they somehow found the old yellow parking lines and decided to put a boot on. So I did what any reasonable person would do. I pulled that child's play toy of a boot off my car and bent it back in shape for them to reuse. My apartment management has said those lines mean nothing and yet the general manager of Deep Six just couldn't comprehend that. Instead he threatened to have my car removed if he saw it again and added that he's going to attempt to get me

They know nothing, can provide no information about the complexes they work for. I don't understand. They came to our apartment complex and started putting a boot on all vehicles. Even if you were parked in a unmarked visitors space because they said if you did not have a parking permit from them you would have to park on the street. They had “ emergency” permits that they sold to half the complex and towed so many cars. So when we called them the very next week, big surprise their contract with our apartment complex had ended and we no longer needed those permits!!!

This company booted my rental After I sent an email saying I was in a car wreck. i paid the 100$ to get it removed great. Then wouldn't refund me which was like okay whatever but now they won't issue me a replacement badge to put in my new vehicle. So I can't even park at my own apartment without getting toed and the buisness won't even call me back. Very rude very unprofessional and obviously just looking to make as much money as they can.

So I forgot to display my parking permit at my apartment complex, fine, my fault and oversight. Paid the $95, then another unexpected $5 for a "processing" fee. Why not just be honest let people know it will be a $100, instead of grifting another $5? Anyway, followed the instructions on the window sticker they left. Simple. First I paid on the website. Then I called the number to let them know I paid, providing the information the dispatcher asked for.

More than a day later (!) the boot immobilization was removed, leaving me totally stranded. I had to get Parklane Management Apartments

They incorrectly booted my car at my apartment complex. I had to call multiple numbers, but I was finally able to dispute the boot with a manager who said a new person booted the car when he shouldn’t have. He apologized for the mistake and had someone sent to remove the boot. It did take a couple hours for them to get my car and take the boot off, but they were very nice and made sure to communicate with me as much as possible. I appreciated that they tried their best to make things right.

Extremely disappointed with deep six. They are only interested in the parking fines they aggressively pursue. Little actually no interest is in providing "security" for the residents. They allow non residents to intimidate residents and tresspasson the property. Very pitiful response from "Josh"

The worst company I have ever dealt with. My car got booted and I understand why and I promptly paid and went through the process to get it removed, that was 10:15. The dispatcher told me it would take until 11:00 because the person to remove it is currently at another complex which makes sense so I waited. 11:15 no call for the removal so I called and I was told 3 emergency calls came up which delayed arrival and was just given multiple excuses and you could tell the guy on the other line was giving me BS answer. It is currently 12:15, 2 hours after I paid for the removal and 5 phone calls later

I parked somewhere in an apartment complex I guess I wasn’t supposed to. I was there for less than an hour. They booted my car and had it towed. When I called deep six they didn’t even tell me they booted it, the tow guy was the one that told me. And whoever I talked to from deep six hung up on me when I asked why they towed it and didn’t just boot it. Unprofessional.

I got booted and the staff was very kind, responsive, and professional. Although it was an unfortunate situation, they made it a lot better and the owner, Allen, is phenomenal. After completing the online portion, someone was out to take the boot off my car within 10 minutes which was very convenient. They are a very personable and kind group of people!

We have tried contacting the owner of deep six about 7 times about a dispute. They owner Allen Sparhawk wrote back this.

" We have no intentions on carrying on a on going conversation with you in this matter you can contact our attorney on retainer...Terri Pickens law have a nice day and please send any future correspondence to her office have a nice day "

My car was booted at 1:42am and on the sticker placed by DEEP SIX SECURITY SERVICES we had 12 hrs to remove the boot. Instead at 2:15 a tow truck came and towed my car. They are claiming I hit a motorcycle yet they didn't

I was stranded on the side of the road, Allen stopped out of his way to see if I needed help. I let him know I couldn't afford him to fill up my flat tire. Not only did he give me a ride home. But he gave me a ride back to my car to help me put air in my tire. I will never forget this. Thank you Allen

Crooks. Had a coworker follow me to drop my car off for service. The dealership called and needed to work on my car longer and was courteous enough to drop off a car for me to use. When I was dropped off after work, there was a lock on the wheel of my car because the car did not have my pass in it. Since I was not at the dealer, or my apartment, there was no way for me to get a tag. The towing company charged me $100 (the ticket said $95 and no mention of the $5 service fee to pay until you pay) and said that I should have emailed them in advance. I was never informed of this during my rental

I thought I parked in visitor parking but apparently missed it by two spots over. The fine was paid online as directed. It then took this company 5 - 6 hours to come take the boot off my car. You tell me if that is good "customer service." If your definition of "customer service" is what most people would consider "hostage taking" then the customer service was impeccable. If you've been paid in the way you instructed me to pay you and the person who put the boot on my car still can't figure out if the payment was made then you have a problem... and stop making

There is a special place in Hell for predators like this..
My 17 year old daughter parked in the wrong spot last night. (it was her first time to see my new place).Instead of a ticket or a $95.00 boot, they towed her car and demanded $348.00 to get it back! Mind you, it was a Sunday and the lot was empty.
Not sure why we let companies like this go unregulated. There is an expected charge for situations like this but $348.00 is absolutely ridiculous. I will make sure moving forward that I do something stop this type of price gouging. If I were a business looking into hiring this company, I would

I don't even feel a star is appropriate to leave. Never have I experienced such a rude person. Someone was parked in my paid space. The person didn't promise a boot or removal of the vehicle. Just excuses. He took no information from me or about the vehicle parked illegally. When I called back to ask his name he refused. This company preys on people, as it turns out they work on commission and go around booting and towing cars that are not in violation of their communities parking addendums. They booted my car and would not remove the boot until I paid them $100, I paid and then spoke with my property management company, it turns out I was not in violation and when I called them affording them the opportunity to refund our money, I was told by Olivia *I don't like you, now you're not getting a refund.* I have begun the process of a class action law suit considering the amount of people in my own community
