It all started 23 years ago, a fine pen store under the name Il Regalo Preferito opened up in a small city in south Texas. We have evolved into a store which offers a different experience. We offer Fine Pens, Fine Leather Goods, Fine Cigars, Engraving Services, and a Luxury Lounge with a full bar. Elephant Cigars & Gifts is an upscale retail specialty store that has been in operation since 1997.
Our goal is to create a place where our shoppers find the perfect gift. Our business offers a place where one can visit our store and find a unique selection of fine products that at the same time can be engraved. I called to ask for a simple question . Idk if the girl I spoke to hates her job but was very aggressive and rude. Honestly felt like she wanted to fight with me over the phone. I didn’t get her name since she didn’t want to provide me her name. And I’m not the person to write reviews but this girl was wayyyyyyyyy out of line .
Her management needs to know what type of employee she has.

Was met at the door by a attractive women when I walked in. She was " extremely knowledgeable " and gave some great recommendations with in my price
range. The shop is very nice, cigars / lighters / box's etc. Very good prices & excellent quality.
If your in McAllen, take the time & stop in, sit in the lounge & have a beverage & great cigar.
I shall return ...OFTEN !!
