Born and raised in Sonoma County, Morgan Finley's passion for the beauty industry started 6 years ago with traditional cosmetics. In early 2016 she became certified in the art of permanent cosmetics in Southern California. As one of the first artists in Sonoma County to offer microblading, she has worked with all skin types and tones.
Unlike most microblading artists, she is cross trained in manual and machine permanent cosmetics. This training has included permanent eyeliner, machine method eyebrows and lip color. Along with filling in sparse eyebrow hairs, she's able to improve the color and shape of aged / faded tattooed eyebrows.

Services
All apointments require a $50 non-refundable booking fee, which is deducted from the cost of the service. Initial appointments require a follow up session 6-12 weeks following the first visit which is $150. If you have Microblading and feel you need more frequent touch ups, it is recommended to add shading or switch over to ombre/powder brows.

I had my eyebrows microbladed and the eyelash enhancement done by Morgan and I love them!! My friends comment on how my eyebrows always look perfect and this is why! She made sure the shape was exactly how I wanted and had me help choose the color. I just wish I had done it sooner! Thank you for your beautiful work
