WOW! When someone is ready to give a company money for services rendered, this experience is not good. Let me explain. When you are ready for garage door install, you usually get 3 quotes. So, I got online, went to 3 company's (Rose Quality Doors, Superior Overhead Doors and a local person who installed doors on a new construction which I liked.) Rose never called.
Superior Doors - 05JULY21 spent my time and did my online info and what I needed, in detail. Russ called me Tuesday 06JULY21, said he can't send someone out until

I had some warranty work I needed done on my home that was built last Fall. I couldn’t get my garage door to close all the way. I called for service at 4:40 in the afternoon and explained my concerns about my house being left unsecured for the night. They had someone out within a few hours. I know it isn’t ideal for a business to run warranty calls after hours, so I appreciate the quick response and turn around time. The technician was very friendly, professional and quickly resolved the issue.

This is the second time I have used Overhead Door. They replaced broken panels on the door at my old house, and everything worked great afterward. I used them again this morning to fix my opener motor. The technician, Ryan, was fantastic. He arrived early, has a great personality, was very knowledgeable, and worked quickly. My door and opener are now working smoother and quieter than they did when we bought the house!
