Mack's Small-Town Smokehouse is a labor of love that took years of hard work to create. We're committed to selling only the highest quality, best tasting smoked meats available. Our on-site butchering facility and small batch processing enable us to produce a delicious and consistent product. Because we don't take shortcuts, our brats, meat sticks, summer sausages, and bacon are simply amazing (at least that's what our customers tell us).
