That's a lot of thoughts! It's easy to become stressed, worried, scattered or overwhelmed as our minds race to the future or hang out too long in the past.

Mindfulness Foundations is designed help you experience the benefits of mindfulness meditation. This course is for those who want to start or refresh a mindfulness meditation practice. Over the last 7 years, Mindfulness Foundations has become an established, 5-star reviewed training course. This course is now available LIVE online using the Zoom education platform.
Private mindfulness coaching sessions offer clients flexibility and an opportunity to learn the practice of mindfulness meditation at a custom and personally supported pace. Our sessions begin with an initial Mindfulness Assessment to assess goals for a mindfulness based practice. We then build a custom learning plan based on formal and informal meditation techniques, mindfulness based concepts and strategies for a consistent personal practice.
