I had a patio porch railing that needed to be refinished. We took it down to New Finish appeared to be good but about 6 months later the railing started to rust and black would rub off. Talked to the owner and explained the problem. She took complete responsibility for the failure and redid the railing without any fuss. Very professional and went the extra mile to make me happy. It is so enlightening to see a business that truly cares and follows through. Would use this company again!

I called and asked about getting something powder coated. A very nice and knowledgeable woman named Brenda helped me. She told me that what I wanted done wouldn't work well with a powder coat, and she gave me different ideas and helped me think of the best way to do it.
She could have just took my money but she didn't. She was honest and helpful. I hope that in the future I do have something to bring to them, because they deserve the business.
