I was quite shocked and dismayed at the treatment I got when walking in to inquire about their wash/dry/fold services. The female worker showed visible anger when asked to procure a paper and pen, again showed clear annoyance and frustration when I kept pointing out that I could not hear or see what she was saying (due to the masks which impede communication for me as a deaf person). Her body language, gestures, and actions all spoke volumes - that I was greatly inconveniencing her with what she perceived as my disability.

I tried this laundromat as an alternative to the place I usually go to. It's not bad, but next time I'll go to my regular place.
PROS:
- Laundry card system. No piles of quarters needed. Refill with cash or credit card
- Clean and well lit
- Modern appearance
- Good amount of parking available
- Snack and soda machine
- Laundry product vending machine well stocked
- Other customers were respectful during my visit. No out-of-control children running around.
CONS:
- No attendant after 5 PM
- No restroom
- Water level in washer was unusually low. Possibly not enough for a good cleaning

Staff are either super nice or extremely rude and mean, there is no in between here. I legit walked out in tears after the horrible service I got today. Unfortunately Mindy was on staff, and other reviews can back me up here that the experience is extremely rude when she's on staff. She was unwilling to even check for a lost item of mine and even made fun of me for losing it, like hello? You guys have a lost and found bin and a quick thirty second check is an unreasonable request?

I have been using it for 2 months now and I can't complain. Overall, the place was always clean, the equipment were functional 100% at all times and there were enough laundry baskets for everyone. The price is what it is but the card system is pretty simple. It would be nice to have a working wi-fi password to help pass the time. Never too crowded and the parking is very accesible. There are attendants during normal business hours to help the clients.

Mindy was extremely rude!!! Made me feel very uncomfortable. I asked her a question about the laundry card she nearly bit my head off. I had no choice but to go there. This is not the first time she has been like that to us.😡😡😡😡. There is no reason for it. I will never go back to that location!!!!

My Favorite place to go the owner is such a sweetheart and she always has a smile in her face💕 my son loves to go and say hi. very clean place i go to both locations!! Hands down is the best laundry around not to mention you don't have to use quarters 😜 you get a card and swipe to wash i can't keep count of how many cards i have in my wallet lol but good thing she always puts all my money together lol. When you visit clean behind ur self she always has the Laundromat looking and smelling good is only fair that u treat it good 😜🤗

Clean place. Good number of washers and dryers. Can purchase the store card with a card which is convenient. The snack and supply machines are very over priced but the store card can be used to make purchases there too. The machine where one can get the card is very user friendly. Fair prices for wash and dry. Overall, positive experience.

Did my laundry here for the first time the other day. It was clean and had newer machines. It's not as big as the other laundromat on 44, but it's got attendants that are more personal and they are more high tech. They have a laundry card marching so you don't need quarters, TVs, and free Wifi. I will be coming back again to do my laundry here again.

Very clean, pleasant environment. The attendant is friendly and helpful and all their machines seem to be working well. The machines are large and fast. I did a huge load of towels and blankets in one large washer and one dryer in less than an hour--only 30 minutes dry time for such a large load of heavy items. I came on a busy Sunday afternoon, but didn't need to wait for a machine.

This place is great and conveniently located off of route 44 in Avon. I've used Rosie's a couple of times now to wash king size comforters that won't fit in my washing machine at home. If you arrive early enough in the morning, chances are your comforter will be ready same day. Otherwise, first thing the next morning. For only $15 my comforter was washed, dried, and neatly folded up and placed in an easy-to-carry plastic bag. Eliminate the struggle at home and let the experts take care of your over-sized loads. So glad this place is in business.

I came here twice, once on a busy Sunday evening another time on a quiet Monday mid afternoon. Came both times to wash a blanket and matress topper I could not fit into my own washer, their large one seemed to do the trick. The positives include that the place is kept very clean and tidy, they have a detergent and snack vending machine, multiple washer and dryer sizes, they accept credit/debit and cash, plenty of space to fold and even a TV at each folding station. Now for the negatives, not a single garbage in sight, their virtually nonexistent seating situation (4 chairs in the whole place)

I come here twice a week. Super clean, efficient machines, accepts credit cards, giant and normal size machines, good crowd. So much nicer then the canton laundromat. No quarters required here. Cash or charge. Staff is super friendly and helpful (Judy is a riot and nice to talk to, whinny is pleasant, owner is rather quiet, but nice). Oh yes... FREE WIFI!!

I stopped in around midday on a Saturday to wash a couple of comforters (heavy blankets) that are a bit too large for my own washing machine. The space is clean and comfortable, the owner is friendly and helpful, and the machines are efficient. I was in and out in about an hour. They don't have the super-extra-large washing machines you'll find in some other places, but what they have was large enough for my needs, that day. The free WiFi is a nice, customer-friendly touch, and the fact that you can pay with a credit card saves the pain of having to bring a roll of quarters.
