We specialize in the “King of Cabinet Woods”, BLACK WALNUT (Juglans nigra) lumber for the most demanding craftsmen from one of the world's best growing regions for this species. We are a privately owned company with an inventory of over 10,000 board feet of Black Walnut lumber. Our lumber comes from timberland in Northeast Iowa and Northwest Illinois.
To assure quality we are involved with the sawmill and drying. Our lumber is slowly kiln-dried/air-dried and it is not steamed. We practice the Biblical golden rule in our business. We promise to treat you as we would like to be treated, to provide honest descriptions and measures. We will make it right if our descriptions and measures are not accurate.
