We had a blocked kitchen drain that was slowly closing up and luckily we got Mike Palka to set everything right. The blockage was pretty nasty but Mike cleared everything out, then fixed the drippy faucet over that same sink. Neither of these problems were a quick 'watch how to do this on the internet and you'll be a pro' thing. I was surprised by how much was involved in getting these issues fixed. Mike was great and answered lots of my questions. VC is now our go-to plumbing problem solver!

Non-emergency replacement of a 50 gallon gas water heater in the basement. Called for an estimate and Vince replied right away. He scheduled the work for the next day. The replacement was straightforward, no surprises. The two-man crew was on time and called before the arrived.
They were very good and very efficient. They drained and removed the old one, plumbed in the new one and fired it up. They went over the operation, which was pretty simple. Overall, we're very pleased. Glad we went with VC Plumbing!

Horrible service for my mother. Came into the house with no shoe covers. Left everything a mess when they left. Borrowed a bucket without asking and left it with sewage inside without telling her which made the entire house smell. Didn’t replace the sewer Cover when finished. Over charged for the work done. Would never use them again!
