Called for a quote on rear shock replacement. They said it would take half a day and $300. They did it in half a day and for $300. What more could you ask for? Great customer service as well. Happy I found a good shop here in Texas.

So i had an apt at NTB that i set up 3 days prior. When i arrived they told me to reschedule and they didnt have time for me.
So i called Metro Champion to see if they could help.
The people were very friendly and fit me right in. I would strongly recommend this place.

Super nice people!!! I called at around 1:45 and was expecting to hear they couldn't fit me in or it was going to cost an arm and a leg, it didn't. The people there were SUPER friendly!! Fantastic prices!! I just moved to the area and its a big comfort to know that there are great places like this!! I will totally be a returning customer!!

Our family has been coming to this shop for the past 30 years. We used to live in Arlington now we live in Midlothian but we still drive all the way to Arlington for all our automotive needs. We have had service done on many different vehicles over the years. In this day and age it's hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I can say with 100% certainty we trust Sam at Metro Champion. Work is completed quickly & professionally. Prices are always reasonable & we do not feel like we are pressured to fix things that do not need immediate attention. We have great service at each visit.

I took in my 2010 Toyota Corolla to get it checked for what I may need. I'm not car savvy at all so I depend on the mechanic to be honest and fair.
They did not charge me for the total car check.
Sam listed out exactly what I needed in order of importance with a fair price. He also answered all of my questions about what they do and gave me a timeline on how soon I would need it. All he needed was a business day's notice so he could order what he needed.
I dropped my car off around lunch time yesterday and my car was ready by around 10AM the next day.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They have been in business for over 30 years. My wife's family has been taking their cars there the whole time. Sam genuinely cares and will tell you what's wrong with your car and be realistic with you. If he thinks you can push something off he will be honest and tell you. Makes it easier to budget for car repairs. Cheap oil changes. Always good about just taking time to look at my car if I drop by and have a concern. This shop will surely be here for 30 more years easily with happy customers!

I got numerous quotes and this shop got my attention. It was an honest quote for what I needed. It was in the price range the Internet told me to expect. All other shops were +$200 and they are just taking your money. Work was done earlier than expected. Price was as quoted. Customer service exemplary. If you have a problem with this shop I would recommend to try again.. They now have all my business. With the miles I put on playing Ingress we all need a good mechanic

The owner's name is Sam. He is a lying crook. I know cars and how to work on them. When someone who doesn't know cars writes a review it isn't the full story.
This guy changes prices before the work is done without telling one before hand. Also I asked for the a/c to be evacuated and pressure checked before new freon was added. Well they did not do it. They filled it and it ran for a month and a half until all the freon that I paid for was leaked out. This is expensive repairs that Sam did not apologize or make any offers to help fix. Instead he just looked at me with a blank look

I recently bought a used car and being fairly new to Arlington, didn't have a mechanic to take my vehicle to. I found them and I now have a new home for my car when it is in need.
After purchasing my car, another local mechanic was very discouraging about my purchase simply because of the make of the car and a perceived difficulty in finding parts. They tell you exactly what the problem is and sometimes they even suggest that you don't need to fix it until there really is a problem.
