I was very Impressed by the Customer Service at Branding Pros. Tony took the time to help my team choose and try on their outfits, then we discussed my franchise logo and made sure the colors on the stitching were right. He even showed us around to see how the work was done. I was totally sold and the price was very reasonable compare to online companies where you take a chance on the result.

I have ordered multiple sets of t-shirts and sweatshirts through branding pros and the quality is perfect.After washing the shirts a dozen times, the logo remained good as new! You can't beat the price either! I honestly thought they made a mistake at first when they gave me my total, it was cheaper than I had imagined.I used another company before Branding Pros and the logo came off in the wash machine.I will use branding pros for all my company apparels.

Their website says they pride themselves on being able to serve customers who only need one item as well as those who need thousands. For decorated apparel they say there is no minimum order, only a $35 minimum charge. I went in today to find out how much it would cost to screenprint one sweatshirt and I was told there is a 12 item minimum. Their website should be updated to reflect their policies so more people don't waste time going there and being turned away.
