I was very upset I have a baby on the way and I am not able to clean in details all the dust in my house
When I came home to check there was lots of dust in the first place I checked and under the bed was untouched being for 230$ for a 900 sq ft condo I would have expected a better job
When I called to ask for it to be done correctly the excuse was there was not “enough time” if that was the case the first room they started with I would assume would have been pretty close to perfect considering they ran out of time for the rest of the house
I live in a 2 bed 1 bath
1 room was completely

I used them a couple weeks ago for a deep clean of our house before moving back in. With next to no notice they took on the job and provided beyond exceptional service. As you do a final walk-through of their work you're constantly amazed that the black streak on the tile was tackled, the several spots on our rugs just disappeared, the 2 spider webs no longer could play hide and seek, even the entire commode shined again (how'd yahl do that?). A week later I still found myself smiling at nuances I'd forgot about had not been overlooked by

The girls are always professional and clean very well. Some appointments, I will have a special clean request like an extra area to dust, and they get it done with no complaint. The office manager is fantastic at answering the phone and working with our schedule to accommodate us.

Even the response is empty and shows how little this company cares about clients. Yes, the crew returned and was there for an hour, 30 minutes of which I was showing them everything they missed and trying to understand how they could leave this place in the condition it was regardless of a walkthrough. The other 30 minutes was cleaning the ceiling fan blades, wiping some residue off the oven and kitchen sink, and wiping a window sill. My wife and I were cleaning during this return visit and we cleaned more in that time period. How could anyone trust a cleaning company that doesn't properly

Just used this service a for the second time a few days ago. The first time they did a move out clean for us and they did a great job and we got our whole deposit back. This time I'm a week away from delivery, and was just really struggling to get the house clean the way I wanted, so decided to hire someone to help. They arrived right on time, wore masks correctly the entire visit, and again did a great job. I had only planned to get the bathrooms deep cleaned and dusting done, but they were so efficient there was enough time to spare for them to also vacuum entire house, clean the kitchen counters

We found A Maid to Order on Yelp and hired them to clean our parents' home in Tucson. As you can imagine, it is not easy to hire a company from a different state, but we had an excellent experience with these folks. First, they answer the phone or get back with you right away. Another company we called never returned our message. Second, they were very flexible in scheduling and payment options. We were told the prices up front and there were no surprise costs. In regard to the owner's reply - again, the girls were only sent out for one hour - they were NOT sent to finish the work I detailed - NOT EVEN CLOSE. They did NOT correct everything as it wasn't possible in that short time frame. I do not appreciate the owner giving false information to absolve her company from their wrongdoing. It's simply not right.
I was told that I would only get an hour and then I would pay more for them to finish the job - THE JOB I ALREADY PAID $275 for. My partner signed off only because the hour was up and we were not willing to pay even more money

The girls did an ok job. Definitely, definitely not worth $200, and $20 tip. Bathroom shower floors and kitchen floors were clean, kitchen cabinets wiped down sufficiently. They did not clean kitchen counters, scrub down shower walls, or remove all soap stains from showers. I did not have to look very hard to find the shower fixtures in second bathroom were not cleaned, nor were the five or six dishes in the sink taken care of. I picked up the house before their arrival so all surfaces were ready to be scrubbed down. Despite me being very clear about the floors being a priority, they still asked

We have been using A Maid to Order for a few months. Christine has been our lead housekeeper and she arrives with a very helpful second who rotates each time. The ladies are courteous, efficient, respectful and thorough. They bring their own supplies and follow directions well. I have a total feeling of trust, I don’t watch them like a hawk, these are hardworking individuals supporting their families and they take that seriously.

I'm a few days late posting my review but wanted to make sure I did because I was very satisfied with the service I received. The ladies who did the move out service did a wonderful job. (I think it was Linda and Donna???....apologies if I got the names wrong, downside of not posting right away, LOL) They cleaned my house top to bottom. The only thing that didnt get done was the oven. I dropped the ball and didn't start the self clean cycle until they arrived, so they were unable to wipe it out. Small thing compared to what they did in the rest of the place. It was definitely cleaner

I've used this company a few times before and they've always done a great job. I recommended them to my mom to deep clean her house after it sold. I believe she said it was Ana and Gabby who came out and wow, they did an amazing job!! The tubs and fridge looked new after being dirty and not deep cleaned in years. My mom and I were very happy with the results. Thank you!

I have to say I am very pleased with the cleaning I have received from A Maid to Order. I have a consistent team leader that comes to my home so I know who I am getting each week, I like that, and I also like the fact that I can request whatever I need done each time they come to clean.
