Bill has 40 + years of experience in the HVAC Mechanical Industry and 5 years of Design Engineering experience with former company Lockwood Greene Engineers (now CHM2 HILL). He started as a young man working for his father, Gary Kirkland before moving to other jobs in the HVAC Industry and obtaining his Associate Degree in HVAC at Spartanburg Community College.
Bill started his own business in 1994. Bill obtained his Contractor's Mechanical License in 1995 and now is in the Unlimited Classification for Mechanical Contractors. We offer new installation and change outs of heating and air conditioning systems for both commercial and residential systems. We offer Preventative Maintenance Contracts.

Bill is the son of Gary Kirkland, a Lifelong Honorary Member of the MCASC. In 2015, our 20th Anniversary year, we are proud to announce we obtained "Unlimited" Contractor Classification in HVAC.
Our office hours are Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Our Answering Service will contact our dedicated and experienced Service Team after hours for Emergency Service. Just call 864-573-9426.

I had a HVAC problem and called the first place I could find. With 2 small kids in my home the AC was important. They had someone out and had the problem fix ASAP. They were very friendly and professional. Reasonably priced especially for an emergency call. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our air went out after hours last Friday night. We called Bill Kirkland Heating & Air and someone returned our call in minutes and our air was back up and running an hour later. We were so grateful! Our technician was knowledgeable and professional (and also just a nice guy). I’d definitely recommend this company.
