I called for a price quote for 2020 season maintenance and repairs to our pool. He was short on the phone and spouted off prices for maintenance on the phone. I asked if he would come look at the pool and give a price for repairs. He said yes. I asked him when. He said Monday at 9:30. He never showed up.

I used this company to clean my pool last summer (2018), and close it for the winter. First off, Guy is an employee for the company who was showing us the components of the pool on the first day of moving in our home. He turned off the pool motor and the motor would not turn back on. So welcome to being a pool owner, on the first day of moving into our new home, we had to buy a new pool motor. Flash forward less than a year later that supposedly new pool motor is running extremely loud and it's straining to run. I contacted John several times about this issue without getting a call back.
