As you decide who and what would best service your needs, please take a minute to review the information I have provided here. I look forward to speaking with you in person about your particular needs and how I might help you. I have written several articles for client and classroom use. These are issues I see frequently in therapy. Hopefully, this will give you an indication of my approach to these subjects as well as my overall approach to therapy.

Services
I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 20 years and have worked in a variety of settings, listed below. My motto, "Empowering clients to achieve the change they desire" is both an indication of my belief about how to help clients, and a reflection of the feedback I get from them. My style is direct and friendly, with the goal of helping people progress toward their desired life, always in the forefront.
I strive to create a comfortable and safe atmosphere for my clients so that they can "let their guard down" and share the information that will be critical to their healing. It is this therapeutic relationship that allows change to happen. After completion of an assessment which summarizes what we are working on, we will set treatment goals together.
