Our full-service Beaumont center is conveniently located adjacent to Baptist Hospital off College Street, and offers extended hours for MRI (M-F 7:00 am - 9:00 pm) and X-Ray (M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm). We offer easy parking near the front entrance, on-site radiologists and all diagnostic and women's imaging services at one location.

The ct machine in this facility is not reliable. Machine broke three times within a week. My 91 year old mother was scheduled last week but the facility called and said the machine was "broken". Appointment was rescheduled for this Monday and we were assured machine was working. Arrived to appt and were told machine was"broken" again. Rescheduled for today and machine broke during test.

I arrived for my MRI appt scheduled for 4:30 at 4:15 as asked. The lady that met me at the window asked if I was sure that I had an appointment for that day? I told her yes, that Diagnostic called me Monday to schedule the MRI. She huffed somewhat and went to the back of the reception area. Immediately the radiologist came out and asked if I had been there before and I told her no. She told me they would get me taken care of. I waited patiently at the check in window as no one was there besides myself waiting. The previous lady came and asked me for my ins and told info while the radiologist told

The two women (Linda &Tammy) who work in the billing department at the corporate location are two of the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever encountered in my life. Tried calling to pay a balance and was completely belittled and talked to like I was trash. I will not be paying this company a dime now and will never return to this facility for testing.

When making my appt I told them I didn't care what day it was but I needed first of the morning. I arrived for what I was told a 6:45 at 6:30. It is now 7:23 and others have gone before me. I asked what was taking so long. She told me I was scheduled at 7:30 and others have gone before me. I'm soooo angry. I even made sure before getting off the phone it was for a 6:45 appt.

There phones were down and they failed to notify anyone.waited a week for a phone call to make appointment just to be told they never recieved it.wouldnt you send an email to the physicians saying to resend anything they sent.seems like that would be the PROFESSIONAL thing to do correct?made a second appointment to give them a chance and they lost that appointment.they curse openly are rude and just unprofessional

Service is horrible. The first time I went, they told me I was scheduled for next week, I arrived the next week and they informed me that the technician didn’t show up, I came back another week, now they tell me the machine is down.

I have not used diagnostic health for several years. I most recently had occasion to use them on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. However, I had a horrible experience this day. I realized that the H. D. Staff Was no longer caring, kind, nor compassionate.
I did not have the money to pay my portion not covered by my insurance company. I explained to the lady that I did not have the money today, but I told her that I would pay them a little at a time just as I have done before! I DID PAY ALL OF MY DOCTOR BILLS AND ALL OF MY LAB BILLS AND ALL OF MY HOSPITAL BILLS OVER TIME! I recently paid off all 6 hospital
