We have office locations convenient to patients throughout New Jersey. Our north office in Millburn, NJ is open Monday thru Friday plus one Saturday a month.

Dr. Bilof began his career as a vascular surgeon where he continuously saw chronically ill patients suffering from type 2 diabetes and other medical problems often seen in bariatric patients (high blood pressure, heart disease etc.). As a vascular surgeon, Dr. Bilof was frustrated by his inability to truly alter the course of these disease processes.
Dr. Basil Yurcisin is a seasoned bariatric and general surgeon, trained at one of the world's top fellowship programs in bariatrics and minimally invasive surgery- Duke University Medical Center in NC. GSBWC looked for just the right combination of superior surgeon, highly trained (with thousands of surgeries performed before he joined us) and an unwavering, authentic passion and commitment to patients.
