I stopped Professional Hearing today with no appointment and running behind at work. I needed all the filters changed because I am leaving town on vacation for a few weeks. When I told the receptionist what I needed she said they could do it but I would have to wait for a little while, response was 15 to 20 minutes. I had a meeting to get to and it wasn’t going to work and Chelsey heard the conversation and came around the corner and said I can take care of him right away. I was very pleased with Dr Jill from the get-go. Not only is she professional but she goes out of her way to make you comfortable and adjusts your hearing aids exactly where you want them. I would highly recommend Dr. Jill to anyone looking to purchase hearing aids. She except a wide variety of insurances and if yours is not one of them she promises she will try to be certified with your insurance carrier within 2 weeks so that you can benefit from her services.
