I called ahead of time to verify that they had the bike I wanted since I live in OK. Evan had helped me over the phone, he was very courteous, on top of having the answers very quickly to any & all of my questions. Once confirmed the bike was in stock & arrived to pick it up, my experience in the store was just as quick, easy, & friendly as over the phone. I knew getting a first year run bike during a pandemic would be hard,but Heartland stuck with it ,and came thru for me. Another dealer had a very large pandemic markup due to bike shortages,that's not cool at all. The staff ,the layout, the location it's all good at HEARTLAND HONDA. Working with Cody and Evan was great. That was the best part of our experience, but once we got to finance and turned down all the extras the lady from finance was not nice. Her whole attitude changed and made what should have been a fun day for use very unpleasant.

Huge thanks to Heartland!! I was on a trip with friends and family when my clutch cable broke on my motorcycle. Not a single one in stock with any dealership locally. I stopped just to ask and the service department was super kind and offered to try and help. They repaired my old cable and I was able to make the 400 mile road trip back home and had zero issues. Customer service at its finest and would reccomend them to anyone.

The Sales and Support Staff at Heartland Honda are extremely helpful and supportive! Their service was well beyond my expectations!!! They went out of their way to provide me with the greatest selection of equipment and options available. Their expertise in helping me Custom Build my Trike, to my specifications, was unwavering. Never once, did I ever feel I was being pressured into buying something I didn’t need, they bent over backwards to give me what I wanted. I could of bought at another dealership and saved some money, however I don’t think any other dealership would support me or my business with them as much as Heartland Honda. Every time I go in there I talk to the owner for a few minutes. There’s no amount of money saved elsewhere that could replace the confidence that I have in this team.

Finance dept embarrassed us by loudly going over credit application results in the middle of showroom floor in front of other customers and employees. When we returned after obtaining our own financing (5.45% interest rate btw), she apparently didn't like it that I was reading thru sales paperwork before signing because she was trying to rush me through it. She was sighing loudly with each page I skimmed through because I wasn't just blindly signing each page.

I can't say enough about this company. Here's my story. I bought a Honda mower from Home Depot in Rogers, Arkansas. The self-propelled stopped working within the first year which it was under warranty. Home Depot said they'd fix it but the repair would take a couple of months because they had to ship it to a repair center. They didn't supply loaners so I'd be force to buy another mower.
Next I checked with the Honda Dealer in Bentonville, Arkansas. They said they wouldn't repair it under the Honda Warranty because I bought it at a big box store.

I purchased a 2010 Honda Goldwing from this dealership site-unseen. I paid top dollar for the bike, I had the bike shipped to me and the bike was in terrible condition. This Honda Goldwing showed very nicely on the Internet and it looked like a great bike. When the bike arrived it needed new tires and a brand new windshield, not to mention how terrible the transmission on the bike shifted. I know buyer beware!!! The BMW I had planned on purchasing sold so I ended up feasting my eyes on the Ducati 1199. While doing so, I caught wind of the Ducati 899, which is also known as the "junior panigale." In other words, it was the little brother of the 1199. I concluded that the 1199 would be too much bike for street riding so my only option left was the 899 Panigale.

I've patronized probably fifteen or more cycle shops over the years and I know that Heartland is the best I've experienced by far. We purchased our current bike here last fall and enjoyed the negotiation, felt the deal was fair, received top value for my trade, and the staff all took time with us and treated us like friends.

Friendly, informative, helpful, trustworthy (to the best I can ever know as a customer) and reasonable prices. I've had them service my Goldwing for a few years now, and yet to have any concerns with recommended repairs. They have my trust so far, and I am not a trusting person. With their points back program, I get cash back based on what i spend there. Points equal cash in their store. Unfortunately their floor merchandise can be a bit over priced.
