I made an offer on a mobile home, but I had some real concerns about where the drain field was relative to a fence that seemed to be too near the tank and at odds with the roughly drawn original septic system diagram on file with the county. So I hired this guy because I wanted to be sure where the drain field was before closing. After his inspection, he said he was not sure. Well, okay, but then he charged me my hard-earned money for not doing the job he said he could do.

Highly recommended! Steve did a very thorough evaluation of my system and supplied me with all the needed repairs in a timely manner. He is very intelligent, professional and easy to work with (as is his helper). He went above and beyond any expectation I had. My system was clogged with tree roots. Happily recommend his services.

Steve rocks! We had our septic pump burn out and our tank alarm went off. I called since we needed immediate help. Steve came out, put a new pump on and found we also had a clogged pipe, so tank wouldn't empty into drainfield. He had it all taken care of within a matter of a few days. Kind, courteous, and explained what was happening and what he did. Thanks again!!

I can't say enough about the excellent service and response time Steve Smith and his pup Essie displayed in fixing our plugged drain field pipes. I had been noticing on occasion a sewer smell at the drain field. on Wednesday I went up after taking a shower and found water bubbling up where it should not be. On Thursday morning I called Steve at NorthWest Drains and he came out early that afternoon, diagnosed the problem (cedar roots clogging the pipes) and got right to work digging. He worked til 7:30 that night and got the system working again. He was back the next morning to finish
