My home theatre I bought from hi def needed a new DVD player installed.called Pete(manager)...he does a great job,sent Mike a great tech who installed my system 15 years ago.took only about 40 minutes to have my system up and running.these guys take the home theater and music playing experience very seriously.give them a call for great service and expert instillation.

Recently had backyard wired for sound and an outdoor television and the results were fantastic. Tony and his guys did a great job planning and executing the speakers, Sonos, and TV. Couldn't be happier. Love to use my backyard now. Watched the US Open by my pool. Use these guys if you are planning anything for your home. BTW, I used HIDEF about eight years ago to set up TV's and Sonos in my home and everything has held up remarkably well. No issues at all for all these years. Great company.

As a customer of Hi def for almost 25 years, and as an amateur audiophile who is very picky about picture and sound quality, I feel well qualified to say that Tony and Hi Def are amazing. Have there been bugs over that time that needed fixing in the 8 rooms they have built systems in? Of course. But they were always addressed. No matter if it was a room I spent 500 in or if it is a room I have spent over 50 grand in... I get the same service. The techs that come out have always been awesome and they have stayed the same for a long time. It is important to have people that know your system. Quality

Tony and the Hi DEF team are true professionals. I had them install my home surround sound stereo system, install my commercial grade WIFI and I also had them install my outdoor system that totally rocks! Tony listened to what i wanted in an outdoor stereo system and he delivered! Friends come over and cant believe how full the outdoor system sounds. They always respond quickly and they do excellent work. I would highly recommend them!

As an incredibly demanding consumer in need of a home theater expert, I turned to the internet to search a new provider as my last company trained in the Himmler book of customer service. My to my surprise and great pleasure Hi Def was my first call. I spoke with Pete who scheduled my work fairly timely as I needed that type of turnaround. A young man named Hunter showed up early on the day we had planned and has such a high level of knowledge the job was PERFECT!
