I love this pharmacy. The staff never fails to be kind and thoughtful when communicating not only about logistics, refills and deliveries - but also when I have extensive questions about medications interactions, reactions, etc.
I have a complex medical situation, which can be overwhelming for some pharmacists, but Great Earth's team never make me feel like my questions are "too much" or that I need to hurry through my concerns. As anyone with a tough/changing medical situation knows, this is hugely comforting and makes a big difference to the patient. Helen and Laurie are amazing

I would give this pharmacy 5 stars on the customer service, quality etc. They are super nice and helpful people.
The three stars is only due to the recent refill delivery situation. I have been refilling for delivery with the same timeliness but can no longer rely on getting the product before the prior one runs out. I can't seem to get an explanation on why this is happening or how to remedy it. Thus, I end having to drive to Pasadena (two hours round-trip) to pick up an emergent prescription. It is too far for me to continue doing this so going to have to locate another pharmacy. Hopefully

Great Earth is wonderful to work with! I changed my mind several times about wanting my medication, and they have always been so patient with me. I really appreciate the workers there for not making me feel silly or burdensome where I imagine another pharmacy's staff might have, and I also think the free shipping is a wonderful bonus.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I just started working with him for a prescription, and they called me right away and followed up to make sure everything got handled. They were very professional on the phone and I felt easily taken care of. They even offer shipping if you are not local which makes it so much easier especially with the pandemic. I will definitely be going to them for more prescriptions in the future.

I have an autoimmune disease and yeast and meat allergy. The only solution I have found is LDN but you can only get it from a compound pharmacy. Great Earth prices are great as long as you buy 3 months at a time and they called me to remind me I needed to refill. They also make the pills vegan. And they are mailing my medication over night to me no extra charge.
