Our yard trash service that is included in our package had not been performed in weeks. When I called the first time which was on a Friday at 4:50pm, our scheduled pick up day, to explain that this is the second week that the yard trash had not been picked up, I was told that they will be coming tomorrow; Saturday!? They didn't come. I waited another week and on the following Friday, the yard trash was still there. I called again and had to leave a message...no one returned my call. I called to inquire about a pass bill, my first call I did not get a reply but a week later I called and spoke with a representative name Tonya, she was so polite and professional to me about my situation, I am a retired Military senior leader and I must say she worked very hard to assist me with my bill. Every time I call up there, the employees that answer the phones are SO nice and so helpful! Today, Phillip handled my call quickly, professionally, kindly and went over and above by offering more options for what I was needing. I have had several issues concerning your company delivering quality services. I neatly place my yard waste on the curb and without a doubt I will see your company ignore it on many occasions. One day I witnessed the truck pull up and the worker got off with the pitch fork and then the crew abruptly pulled away leaving my waste for another week. Last week they started to pick up my yard waste and left half still on the curb also my trash bin was not emptied on the correct day it was placed on the curb. I am 66 years old and live in a neighborhood that has HOA. I put my yard trash out and they never pick it up. I have to call them several times before they pick it up. This past week I called on Wednesday and they said they were running behind and would be there Thursday. Thursday I called several times and they said they would definitely come and pick the yard trash up and they never showed up. When they don’t show up I have to remove my yard trash from the street put it back in the backyard where my HOA can’t see it and then try the next week again. This is really getting ridiculous.

I'm a Realtor. My Seller client was in desperate need of getting rid of some major bulk items and trash he had piled up on the curb in order to close on his house. The closing Attorney would not close and release funds on his house unless all the items were removed first, only giving a few hours as a deadline to my seller. I called CWS and explained the dire situation. Supervisor Keith, and Ms. Tonya Martin of CWS stepped up and literally saved the day by putting a rush on service, and within an hour, went out and picked up all the items! Their account rep. and customer service team is top notch going above and beyond to be helpful. They are very responsive and courteous. Pricing for what they do seems to be very fair and budget friendly. We appreciate the consistently good service they provide to our household and neighborhood. From being on time considerate of traffic and cautious of residential pedestrians to putting the bins back to the curb and even closing the lids on rainy day.

My trash pick up day was Thursday. Sometimes it would be collected on the correct day. A lot of times it was Friday, hell they even came two days late on Saturday a few times.
Because of this, I canceled my service over a month ago and they STILL haven’t picked up these two garbage bins on my curb. This is after 3 phone calls with “oh looks like you’re on the schedule today” and “we’ll get them picked up this week.” My cameras even got them emptying the (empty)trash bins after I stopped service!
I don’t leave bad reviews often but this is ridiculous. I don’t know what I have
