I highly recommend Peoria indian for service. I’ve never had a power sports service go as smoothly as my experience with Jarrett Plummer and the team at Indian Peoria. Jarrett went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and minimize the time I was without my bike. He went to bat for me on a warranty issue to make sure the problem was was solved correctly. He is an outstanding service writer and customer advocate, and I appreciate the way I was treated and the service I received.

I walked in on a busy Saturday to take a look at the new 2022 Indian Chief. While drooling over it, Ian Martin was able to answer all of my questions. After a while, I asked if I can do a test ride. Ian said that it would be best to setup an appointment. I guess he saws I much I loved the bike and asked his manager Steve and was able to get me on the bike immediately. I am now a new owner of an Indian Chief because of Ian's willingness to go above expectations.

Although we got a fair price on the purchase of our Challenger, the salesman told us that the bike had been fully serviced, which was not true. They took the $500 from the heroes program and charged us another $300 for a back rest, something that should not have cost more than $270. Then on top of that, they charged us $70 installation on the backrest that just snaps in. The salesman “installed” the backrest! Really?! They tried to upsell us on a package that the salesman said was for oil changes and that the mechanic has to adjust the valves. When we spoke to the Indian mechanic, he told us

I call to see if they have the parts I need, It ask to press option 1,2 or 3. Press your option, you are sent to another recording that asks the exact same options. So press again, and get another recording saying leave a message. If you go there or call, it don't matter, the place sucks! I wish Polaris would break away from RideNow. They give Victory and Indian a bad name.
