Ross is a Co-owner, the CEO and son of founding broker Ann Lovins. After high school, Ross joined the US Army where he quickly rose to the rank of Sergeant. After an 8 year Army career, Ross returned home to assist his mother in the operations of the family business. Ross is a family man with a devotion to God, his beautiful wife, and children.

Waited for days to be able to get an application for an apartment. I called everyday and always a new excuse. Then on the last day I called after waiting for so long to be able to get an application suddenly over night they had already recieved the max amount of applications for the apartment that supposedly was never ready to be looked at. I think it had something to do with the young boy at the desk. It must have been his first job.

I've known owner Ross since we were kids. This is one of the most hardest working, humble, and professional guys I've ever known in my life. I've done business with him a few times and not because he's a good friend but because he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of tothe last minute.
