UPDATED REVIEW: As of July 1, 2021 the system continues to not work every time we arrive at our home. The Epic Team will address the issue each time it arises, which we appreciate, but we believe it is fair for us to expect a system that doesn’t require maintenance before every single use. We will be elated to remove this review once we have a consistently reliable system that does not require constant maintenance and attention.
