Incredible experience.
Customer service was phenomenal along with quality of work. I dropped off my pistol slide off around 6 one evening so that it could be cut to fit a red dot; and only a couple hours later I received an email and text from Conner letting me know that the project was finished and ready for pickup. He sent me pictures as well so that I could see the great work. I will definitely be using him in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Oklahoma City metro area who doesn’t necessarily want to send their handgun slide in the mail to a company that is hundreds

Recently stripped a bolt while repairing my son's truck.... NO ONE had the part! Called EMR and was assured that they could assist me. Rushed over to EMR and they took one look at it and said, "I can fix this". 7 minutes later it was repaired and worked flawlessly!! Excellent service and reasonably price! Highly recommend!!!!

Sent a motor mount from Dallas to Conner to have him make some replacement bushings out of delrin instead of the poly bushings it came with. He did an excellent job, very fast turn around time, and even sent me photos during the process to keep me updated. I would highly recommend EMR to others and I will definitely be using them for any future projects.
