I went to glance with absolutely no experience how do use a Weedwhacker! I met a young man by the name of Tallon, he was extremely helpful and very pleasant. When I got home and couldn't figure out how to use it I called him and he stayed on the phone for 10 minutes guiding me through the process now that's customer service love this place will continue to use it thank you

The owner was pretty cool & helpful rented me a generator even tho I turned the generator an hr later he didn't charged extra or wanted anything extra even I offered.
Maybe if you treat people with respect you'll be treated the same way thx glen for all your help and renting me a solid generator.

I know about Glenn's place is I buy my propane tanks in my propane there and hes always been very helpful and available to fill my tank so that might heaters work on my patio. Even when others were out of fuel he had fuel, thank you for all your stocking of things Looks to me like there's a lot of anything you want to rent there so if your into renting a tools or tractors or any of that kind of stuff this might be your place. All I know is they got my propane and they have propane tanks and I like it

Maintaining a Historic Inn with Gardens and multiple rental properties, I have purchased and rented a wide range of equipment and supplies. I especially value their expert service department; they always take care of our maintenance needs as scheduled. I went in there this morning to get a primer bulb. The man behind the counter was rude short with me and snappy. I bought the bulb and I thought the price was high. $11.97. Later that day I went to his competitor and found that they sell them for $5.00. Between his attitude and the ripoff for the part. I will never recommend or shop there ever again. He may treat his regulars different. His loss.

We contacted Jeff on Friday for a string trimmer rental the next morning. As a non-profit organization, we have to watch our bottom line. Jeff ensured we had what we needed. 8 months ago this business's yelp page was full of bad reviews from local customers sharing their experiences. The guy has a 3 star review on yelp but Somehow he wins business of the year?? Money cant buy you customer service, but it can buy you a nice shiny plaque to hang on your wall to fool the less informed customers.

I will gladly go buy more expensive propane elsewhere, as that's the only draw for this place. The customer service I received here is a joke for a small town service company. Granted, I do not own the most expensive equipment. I have some middle of the road equipment that works great as a homeowner that uses it three to four times per year, for that I'm not going to buy an Echo or a Honda. That being said, I don't deserve to be treated like absolute crap for bringing that in for a repair estimate.

I went into Glenn's today for a part for my mower. The part I needed was in stock and I was actually provided with expert advice on installation. The price was competitive to on line prices for the part that I purchased. I was very pleased with the service that I had received and left the store.
When I returned home (20 miles away) after 5 PM, I received a call from Glenn's. I had left my wallet on the counter and they secured it for me, and said they would wait to close until I returned to get it. I had $200 cash, several credit cards, ATM card and critical personal items in this

I spent $145.00 to repair my blower. When they were done, it wouldn't start! So I left it for another week. I still couldn't start it in the store. So they got it started for me. I got it home and it just wouldn't start. I used to start it with 2 pulls. So I took it to another guy. We shall see. Either way, I'm out $145.
If it was shot or irreparable; they should have said so. My experience there was truly suboptimal. Seemed like a nice enough fellow; though.

I recently purchased a Honda Generator from Glenn's and had a great experience. The owner and employees are wonderful and extremely responsive! They have great customer service, and they made sure my generator was topped off and gave me good instructions on use, storage and maintenance. I'd go back to this local shop for any equipment and rental needs that I have in the future. Thanks!

I put on several races throughout the year, and use the generator I bought here to power the clock, registration table and lighting. I am so glad I ended up with a Honda instead of the other brands I was considering. It starts on the first pull every time and is so easy to carry around. When I went in, I thought I needed a 3000, but the sales guy said I’d only need a 2000 for what I was doing. Appreciated the honesty when he could have made more money off me. He set it up, filled it gas and warned me to keep it locked up because they get stolen often. Would not have thought of that. I’d suggest

I bought a used mower from owner and was told it was in good condition. The self propelled rear wheels quit working first time I used it. Mower quit running after 2 hours of use. Took it back to him and was told carb needed rebuild. Picked it up a month later and paid him $115. I used it periodically and after less than 2 hours use it quit running again. Took it back to him and he blamed the gas and wouldn't touch it unless I paid a $35 inspection fee. I took the mower and left. Poor people skills and lousy customer service.

He quotes me a little under $260 for the repairs and about $550 for a new one. I'm a single mom supporting my children on my own. I can't just drop $550 for a new mower because the guy wants the sales revenue and is lazy and doesn't want to fix it. I tell him to fix it and ask when it will be completed. After weeks in the shop and several visits to see about the repair, I could see they were trying to finagle the product into a false warranty repair where they might likely get more money.
The guy was drinking what looked like scotch-on-the-rocks.
The repairs are not logged into a computer so you can find yourself waiting a long time as the fellow behind the counter goes through a stack of papers.
