Worst place to go to. If you have a pet on truck that is not a service animal dont go. Pets not allowed even if you keep in truck. Forced to drop trailer and forced to wait for yard jockey to bring it down.

Horrible place for pick up and delivery, no restroom, and long load and unload times. If yall are going to take 4-8 hours to load or unload atleast have a portajohn...

Had a 1030 appt. Arrived at gate 1017. Had to drop trailer and leave premises. No kids or pets on property. Called every 2 hours for update. Finally, got an ETA, returned to property and still waited. Got trailer at 1830. Great eateries and shopping nearby to pass the time. Made lemonade out of Lemons.

Truck entrance is located at 1350 HWY 161 arrived at 1804 didn't get unloaded until 2050

Breaks aren't long enough some people's work load is way more than other's to me its not far i leave there sore every day back be hurting. I barley understand there language communication could be way better im trying to hang in there im not a quitter but if something dont give i have to find something im more comfortable with pay is good but some people got it made up here..

They do not allow truck drivers who are here for over 3 hours to use the restrooms. How is it that you rely on truck drivers to sustain every facet of your business, retain them at your facility for exorbitantly long periods of time, and NOT let us use the facilities?? This is inhumane at best and negligent in any case. DO BETTER. WE ARE NOT ANIMALS. Even if I were, at least I would be able to go to the bathroom outside.

This warehouse is the worst and most delayed in loading or unloading a truck. I arrived at 2 pm and they finished loading the trailer at 8:30 pm. Owner operators if they value their time and their work, never but never accept. a load from or to this place.

I agree 100% this facility and broker who deals with them are crooked! their scale is off and they will not redistribute the load for you if it is overweight! my driver and I have been stuck there for over 5 hours and both the shipper and receiver said we were responsible for the load even if its overweight. not only was the weight over by 2000lbs, they also didnt want to help us redistribute and straight up asked us to leave the premises. customer service is horrible and the guards at the guard shack will not help you for nothing. please stay away from this facility!

They deserve zero stars! I have sent drivers here multiple times, only once we got loaded in 2h! Usually loading time at this facility is 7-9 hours, they do not care about your appt! I am not sending my trucks to pick up at this location ever again!
