We have been renting properties from Martha Murray in Dennis Port a number of years. The properties are clean well kept and convenient to the beach. We were sorry over the sale of the house on Bain since we stayed there for a number of years.
They did come up with a substitute that is far superior, and filled our needs. It's closer to the beach and on a dead end street so there is no through traffic.
They are quick to handle any problems, of which we only had one little one in all the years we visited the Cape.
I recommend and will continue to make use of the services of Martha Murray rentals

We enjoyed our rental, and Martha Murray Vacation Rentals were very accommodating and easy to deal with. They were very patient with any questions or concerns I had. We did have an issue with the septic, and they went above and beyond. The plumber was there in minutes, and a backup rental was available if the situation did not get resolved. (It was resolved).

We absolutely loved our stay at 16 Beach Hills. All of the comforts were there - TV with streaming service, high speed internet, gas stove, ample hot water, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, board games, and more. There were even amenities provided that we didn’t use but would be great for others - pack n play, space heater, window AC unit, etc. The home was always comfortable and all of the windows (that are in excellent condition) provided that perfect September Cape breeze. We toured this home when it was for sale in 2019 and we were so impressed when we saw how many improvements were

I've used Martha Murray for quite a few years. Their website is very easy to use and allows you to narrow down what you really want (and can afford) pretty quickly. The getting and dropping off rental keys at the physical office is no fuss and quick. Emailing with them for advice and problem solving has always been very useful.

We have been renting from Martha Murray for six years and their service is terrific. We have never had any issue at any of the homes we have rented, all have been fully stocked and thoroughly cleaned. The check in and check out process is a breeze and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. If you want to get away to the Cape for a week (or two), I highly recommend working with Martha Murray to make it happen!
