John at The Stove Store was great. If you go in with some dimensions he will offer several different options for your choosing. Unlike the other local fireplace store where your options are limited and what they do have is on the higher end of the spectrum.
Lenny was also very knowledgeable in the craft of fitting my wood burning insert into an already existing fire place. He too was nothing short of nice and patient with all my questions and requests.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and i never once felt like I was being sold something. He was never pushy and really tried to help me find the right stove rather than simply trying to make a sale, he even told me to buy an ash bucket at Lowes instead of ordering it through him because it was cheaper than he can get it for. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to buy a stove.
