Came when they were suppose to be open at 9:00 am and it is 9:15 am with no one in site. Was looking forward to their selection. Extremely disappointed. Hard to purchase if they don't open as their hours are posted. Finally came at 9:20. Got dress shoes, slippers and inserts. Very helpful and great sales going on.

My Mom and I stopped here in last Saturday. I didn't get the name of the woman who helped us (a manager or owner?), but we were thrilled with our experience and will definitely be back. It's a small shop and, working alone, she had another customer when we came in but helped both of us with extreme agility (this was always my weak point when I worked in retail). I got answers to all of my many vague questions along with suggestions of other styles to try from catalogs of the brands they carry (she would have been happy to order shoes for me to try but I don't live nearby).
