He replaced my broken drivers side window, which functioned perfectly BEFORE he worked on it but no longer works. He stated the entire electric window assembly needed to be replaced. Now I have to pay to replace something that wasn't broken before but now it is...RIPOFF!!! He got one star because the system requires a minimum of 1 star in order to post your review.

Worst customer service, he asked me what size windshield I had I replied I'm not sure what these numbers are referring to then click the phone hangs up. Confused on what just happened so I call back goes straight to voicemail mail lol. At this point I'm done with this company. So dude calls me back and leave a message stating I hung up the phone Lmfao . I don't have time to to play ten years old game on the phone with this guy . I even call back a third time to get another voicemail . Very unprofessional and that's being nice . How to handle things better in the future. Ask this question guy, is
