Everyone was so welcoming from the start and that was big for both my kids. My daughter has shown a big improvement at home in a small amount of time and my older daughter felt like she belonged there right away. Rising Sun is WONDERFUL! Our son started back in January and absolutely loves it! The instructors/owner do a fabulous job instilling confidence, respect, discipline, and determination into these young minds.

My child needed this as the pandemic was taking a toll on her in many ways. Enrolling Grace into school with Mr. B was the best & easiest decision I, as a single mom, ever made.
I would absolutely recommend Rising Sun! Great location, flexible class times, and never the exact same! Keeps it really fun and interesting for the kids. They stay engaged, and definitely puts the positive mindset in the brain for both parents and students! Also was a huge fan we got the chance to try it out before committing!
We absolutely love Rising Sun Martial Arts! My 8 yr old daughter is very, very shy and hasn't previously liked any organized sports that we have signed her up for. We were looking for something and randomly came across a Facebook ad where she could try it out. I figured what is there to loose? We signed up after our second class!.
Our martial arts studio is conveniently located in the beautiful downtown Abacoa in Jupiter, Florida. Guru Neil and his staff are fabulous. My daughter is leaving for college in August and he developed a 2 hour self-defense class just for her and her friends. They are always accommodating and run a tight and very clean martial arts facility.

We joined Rising Sun in Abacoa when my son expressed an interest in learning the martial arts he saw on television in children’s shows like Power Rangers. Rising Sun has been a wonderful experience for us. The owner Mr. Buzick is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable coach and I enjoy how the staff keeps the kids focused, engaged, and motivated in each class. Mr. Buzick communicates with parents regarding each child with a positive and supportive perspective and encouragement. Our son has been attending Rising Sun for a few months. The experience has been wonderful and we wish we would have started sooner. Our son absolutely loves the teachers and practices Karate non stop when not in the studio. He is more confident and looks forward to learning more each week. If you are looking for an empowering studio where your child will learn and grow while having fun, I highly recommend Rising Sun!

My ten-year-old son has been practicing at Rising Sun for several years now and has had a great experience. The owner, Neil, has a passion for teaching martial arts and he brings a lot of energy to the classes. The goals are discipline and confidence and it's working. Definitely recommend you check it out.

My son has gained confidence, strength, discipline and honor through rising sun. We have been with this dojo for over 8 months. My son has grown greatly in skill, self-esteem and perseverance in such a small amount of time.
My son has not enjoyed any other extra curricular activity as much as he does at rising sun. He is ready and looks forward to going every class.

We love Rising Sun! The instructors are amazing and my son loves going to class. The instructors are very encouraging and they build every child's confidence and self esteem through positive recognition and their "yes I can" attitude. My son had a hard time with focus and attention prior to starting at Rising Sun. The classes have improved these issues immensely! It makes me really proud to see how far he has come. Highly recommend!!

In English, Karate means “empty hand”, which illuminates how this combat style focuses on the power that lies solely in the body.
I cannot imagine a more important lesson for a young person- that they don’t need anything in their hands to be great and powerful. They don’t need a phone, a trophy, a shiny new toy- just control over their mind and the discipline to seek it.
That is the mental transformation that I am seeing in my little girl after just a month at this school. She is all around more focused, engaged and energetic in competing tasks.

Our son has been going here for a couple months now and already the change in him is so noticeable! He loves the days he gets to go and practice and he continues to practice at home. We originally signed him up to help teach him some patience and give him a place to channel his energy and attention and we’ve been more than happy to see that happening. We see it at home when he actually stops and thinks before reacting when he’s frustrated, especially with his little brother. We are so happy we chose this school for him and look forward to watching him continuing his Eskrima journey at Rising

Rising sun martial arts of Jupiter has made a huge impact in my child’s life. Since starting martial arts my daughter has become more confident and has so much fun going to class each week. All the kids are so committed to what they are doing in class. The instructors are absolutely wonderful and do a great job making sure every kid is having fun and learning the important skills they use in martial arts and in the real world. My daughter looks forward to class each week and we are grateful for everything rising sun is doing for us and the community. I recommend rising sun to anyone who is interested

My kids have been going to Rising Sun for several years and are almost black belt candidates! I wanted to send another positive kudos for Rising Sun especially for the private lessons. We've had a lot going on recently and have missed a lot of classes - my kids are all caught up between extra booster camps that Rising Sun provides and private lessons! They really enjoy the 1:1 time with the instructors - during private lessons they can go quite a bit faster and go more in to depth on the 'why' on what they're learning which helps the kids remember.
