DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! We sold them our product and the carrier lost their shipment. No fault of our own, they cancelled the order and we refunded their credit card immediately. The carrier did find the shipment and the product was delivered to them. They sold the product and never advised us that it was delivered. Once we found out, we contacted them and they will not pay for the invoice. That is stealing!!!! We have contacted the BBB and put them into collections. All of their staff is completely rude and we will never do business with them again. You have been warned!

I could write a series of books on the disaster of an experience I had with ABC Refrigeration & HVAC. Look at the other reviews. This is a trend, not a one time failure to meet expectations. This company does poor quality work, dispatches untrained staff to your business, has the worst follow-up and communication of any vendor my company has ever used. Long story short: absolute nightmare at every turn. My business has over 210 vendors and companies we work with, and ABC Refrigeration & HVAC separates itself from the rest as the worst company I've ever done business with.

Worst company ever!!! They shut off the main valve to all my refrigeration and left, said everything was great. Lost thousands of dollars on a holiday weekend. 2 days later same cases go down again! Waiting 4 plus hours for a tech. I would rather not have refrigeration than deal with these idiots!!!
