I just moved into the area and I had been going to another location on Juan Tabo. I have to say I’m happy to find this location that is also closer to my home. Compared to the other site, it’s like night and day!! I found this location to be very clean, bright and with working lights. It was clean with well working washers and dryers and even the video games worked! Plus I got quarters from a stocked change machine. Last but not least, there was a very nice attendant on duty. She engaged with her customers with friendly conversation and she was informative as well.

I wish i could give this place more stars, when we arrived the attendant welcomed us with a smile, the triple loaders arent through the roof on price, there are plenty of dryers, washers, folding tables ,, plus they have video games for the husband kid you have in tow..,,its clean,,,. and dare i say it because its non existent now days,,, PLENTY OF SPACE TO HAVE YOUR OWN ZONE WITHOUT SMELLING THE ARMPIT OF THE PERSON NEXT TO YOU!!!! so i could say its covid practice friendly,,, they have tv sets that they actually turn on, and when we left the attendant waved and said bye have a good night,,, i

Would go elsewhere. Used Maxi machines 50 & 51 with blankets I have washed several times at laundromats. Barely spun any water out. Both were dripping water to the pint I had to hand wring them out. At $6 each I expected all of the cycles to work...not just the wash. Who knows how much it will cost for the dryers now. Followup: Gave up after 2 cycles in 4 different dryers on Hot. They were barely warm! Be forewarned..the equipment looks nice but does not work.

This location is not the nicest. I had put my clothes and detergent into a washer just to find out it was broken. There was no employees around. The bathroom was disgusting had trash on the floor and the sink had a used bandaid in it. Because of the location I assumed it would be a nicer laundry mat but was wrong. I will probably never return to this location.

Teerible experience! It's Friday at 2:45, at least three of the washers I've tried don't work. One won't take the coins I had to unload it and move to another one, other two only get the clothes damp, so rather than washing the clothes comes out stinking and there is no one around to attend, I tried calling but just get the stupid long messages that loops over and over again and doesn't let you leave a message.

Attempted to do my laundry here today. The washing machine did not work correctly. Had to take my clothes out completely soaked because the spin cycle didnt work, had to take them to a sink and had to wring out all the water. Got water all over the floor had to get paper towels to clean up all the water, put them in a dryer only to have to dryer not work. So far I am out $5.00. Get other clothes and put them into a dryer and start, only to find 2 of the dryers had no heat. Now I am out $6.50.No employee on premise until close to closing time, unacceptable. I will not be returning here. They have

It is currently 0732 in the morning and I arrived at the Tramway Spin Cycle to wash only to find all the doors are locked and no one is answering the phones despite the facility looking clearly open. The hours of operations begin at 0600 so I don’t understand why an hour and a half later the doors are looked and no one seems to be inside. Upper management needs to address their employees who operate this facility at this time, this is how you lose business as I won’t be returning here again. Also the time it took me to write this review I’m currently still sitting in front of the facility
